      Pros

      I’m very happy in my role as an Internal Underwriting Specialist working within IGPS. The work is steady and rewarding, and I truly enjoy being part of a team that grows alongside USI. It’s exciting to see how both USI and IGPS evolve together, creating new opportunities and strengthening our impact. My leader ensures the team feels valued and supported for the work we perform within IGPS. Her leadership makes a meaningful difference in how we collaborate and succeed as a unit.

      Cons

      While I currently do not have any significant cons regarding IGPS, I believe there is always room for growth and innovation. Continuous improvement of our systems is essential to staying ahead in a rapidly evolving industry. Fortunately, IGPS and USI are already taking proactive steps in this direction through software initiatives, which reflect a strong commitment to future-forward thinking and operational excellence.

      Pros

      USI has been a great place to grow professionally. The company values its employees and provides the tools and training needed to succeed. Leadership is approachable and invested in helping support you to reach your goals. The team environment is great with a strong focus on client service and relationship building. I also appreciate the work life balance and flexibility I have had.

      Cons

      Communication between departments could be more streamlined as the company continues to grow. Adaptability is key.
