      Pros

      I am genuinely thrilled with how welcoming and well equipped the company's onboarding process is. The systems in place are second only to the people that make the experience comforting and exciting at the same time. I'm also impressed by the depth and scope of the work products that support the sales departments; I've not seen anything like it in my more than 30 years of work experience.

      Cons

      There is a lot to learn quickly so come prepared if you are switching to or starting a career at USI.
