      I feel valued, I see professional growth opportunities, and the internal resources available to help service clients better than the competition is unparalleled. My leadership listens. During COVID, the organization has shown it truly cares about its employees and accommodates/supports a flexible, family-friendly work environment. In my 20+ years in this industry, I'm seriously understating the facts when I say how truly amazing it is to be a part of the USI family.

      Cons

      Hire/train salesforce to be better equipped to pitch in (especially during 4th quarter) and speak more eloquently about insurance/benefits. No one needs to be a subject matter expert since we do employ those, but at least know the basics.
