Great company, flexible work schedule

Very poor culture. Managers need training on managing people. There are favorites so while they are getting groomed, if they don’t like you, you might as well quit. Training is very poor. Training is going over the basics but doesn’t prepare you for the job. There are so many scenarios and so many unnecessary processes, it’s ridiculous. There is a high turnover bc of their bad management practices. I had a hard time concentrating bc it’s a very high volume of invoices to process and you only have 4 days. It’s the most depressing job I have ever had and there is zero encouragement.
