USI is one of the most professional, organized and people centered companies I have had the experience of working for. Starting from training new employees until a seasoned employee there's a process and procedure in place so almost anyone can pick up where you've left off. Coworkers are friendly and helpful. We work together as a team.

I received great training from my manager, and have had some success in my very first week on my own. The team I'm working with and the market I support have all been very welcoming, helpful and informative.
