From the start USI was has been by far the "cliqueiest" company I've ever worked for. In my department in particular, if you weren't in the "in crowd", you're totally ignored and ostracized. I didn't feel close to anyone at all at USI. Additionally, the micromanaging here is unreal. Leadership is constantly over your shoulder and you're expected to produce, produce, produce. You're merely a number and not a human being. Also the health insurance is absolutely terrible.
