      Pros

      USI provides their employees with the training and resources, both locally and nationally, needed to succeed in this industry. The senior management at USI places a great focus on their employees and their success. With setting the tone at the top, I have found that that message is communicated throughout the Company and all employees are willing to help each other out. While USI continues to grow, there is still is a great emphasis on “teamwork.”

      From what I can see, everyone I work with cares about each other, and also cares about making USI Insurance Services successful in every aspect. Work hours are desirable, training is extensive and is offered without a question. The benefits are the best I have ever experienced. Very friendly and professional work environment. The volunteer work is also a plus because that means they give back to the community which is something I look forward to participating in. I am so thankful that I was given the opportunity to work for this company! I look forward to a very long and bright future here! It is truly one of the best companies to work for!
