Pros
I love how there's lots of room to explore and play around with different assignments so you really get a feel for what it is you like to do, especially if it's an entry-level position. In 7 months' time, I got acquainted with some administrative work, designing HTML emails, print ads, and writing copy. I don't think you get your hands dirty in another company like that, and I'm glad I started my marketing career here.
Cons
For me, I feel the work load is relatively light on some days. I like having a busy day, with one assignment right after another. But that may just be a personal preference.
