      Great place to work with some minor changes

      Pros

      -Management listens and pushes you to learn more for future success. -Very nice co-workers. -Family atmosphere. -Willing to teach. -Not Micro-managed. -Accountability is solely on you to succeed which is a good rare find.

      Cons

      As a person who worked in compliance, some of the tracking systems were counter intuitive, but I believe they are working to improve and get new systems tracking software. In turn, compliance tracking should lessen and make it less of an email inbox time-killing repetitious job, which in turn would majorly free up some time for more productivity.

      Pros

      There were less and less pros with the company as my time went on. Some of the people that I met there were great.

      Cons

      Everything else. Way too much favortism shown from managers across the board. Management has their favorite employees and works to promote them within the company, even bending rules that they applied to others. Company keeps acquiring new businesses and closing their accounting offices, but does not hire within the accounting center to accomodate the increased workload. No raises given ever. No work/life balance. Major micro-managing. High employee turnover.
