      Family like culture- everyone is generally nice and helpful. Also you are given a chance to meet everyone at a yearly picnic. Great work life balance Unlike some other insurance companies they value quality over quantity There are opportunities to give back to the community if you like to volunteer

      Solid Company that has created a recipe for Success...well managed as the entire organization is focused on creating a "Client Centric Culture" and valuable deliverable's.

      Cons

      Perfection is not attainable but if the positives outweigh the negatives...I will focus on the positives!!
