      Maybe because they have no intention of ever giving a raise or bonus, they start you off with a decent base salary

      Cons

      Constantly expected to work 50+ hours For an insurance company, they offer terrible benefits Zero work life balance Upper management consistently make mistakes and throw everyone under the bus

      Major holidays off. Free coffee.

      Cons

      Poor management. Employees are overworked & underpaid. Layoffs consistently happen right before the holidays when management is trimming their budget. No company culture or values. Profits at any costs are encouraged. Constant acquisitions bring alot of confusion with employee onboarding, software, business continuity & computer systems.
