      Sweat shop with mediocre upper management.

      Pros

      Was close to where I lived.

      Cons

      No work/life balance. Worked for them for 11 years. Basically worked 24/7 - at times worked at night. Management could ask for a report at 6 pm on Tuesday and expect it 7 am next Wednesday. Had to cancel vacations because management said so. People were hired in busy period and then literally dumped when work flow slowed down.

      Smart, talented, driven people Exposure to carriers, employers, and other vendors

      Cons

      Drive employees to and beyond breaking points - stress, tears, and anxiety very common. Employees outside of sales are expendable. Employees consistently leave here and work less/earn more elsewhere. Never fully staffed. Always ask/demand more from you with little financial compensation, flexibility or return for your investment. A career here lasting 5 or more years not sustainable.

      Pros

      I have a profound amount of respect for the talent and wonderful people in this company, especially the management team. They care about employes and making this company successful. The work is dynamic and challenging and you couldn't work with better people, hands down.

      Cons

      The pace can be rapid fire and you have to be able to manage in that environment.
