      Difficult - what's the point?

      Pros

      Smart, talented, driven people Exposure to carriers, employers, and other vendors

      Cons

      Drive employees to and beyond breaking points - stress, tears, and anxiety very common. Employees outside of sales are expendable. Employees consistently leave here and work less/earn more elsewhere. Never fully staffed. Always ask/demand more from you with little financial compensation, flexibility or return for your investment. A career here lasting 5 or more years not sustainable.

      Pros

      The company is working hard to advance its best practices for customer service and is focusing diligently on employee perks benefits etc. The New England Region has grown tremendously in recent years and has added talented and drive employees to the USI community. The local region is unique and supportive with a strong leadership presence including support from our corporate staff.

      Cons

      Medical insurance costs are moderate however coverage is terrific.

      Fantastic people, excellent reputation in the community.

      Cons

      No story from management is ever the whole truth or even a version of it. The rumor mill gets going and a little transparency from management would help to shut it down, but that's not the approach that is taken. Very few career progression opportunities.
