      Pros

      One of the first things I observe when considering a job change is the current employees. Are they visibly stressed? Are they complaining? Are they happy? My observations to this day have been so positive - from EVERY EMPLOYEE I have encountered. Smiles and positive energy are all I have received, which only reinforces what I already feel each day when I proceed through my workday.

      Pros

      Good office location, people and HR are awesome.

      Cons

      Terrible comp plan, micro managing, micro aggressive manager and lots of required activity that everyone fakes and they pretend is the reason sales are good. They do not treat you like an executive but a child that has to do lots of role playing.
