      Pros

      Innovation, expertise, and culture are at the heart of everything I've experienced with this company. I left a role making 4-5x my current salary after speaking with several friends across the country who work for USI because of how highly they spoke of the company. And I have to say, they weren't exaggerating -- this is the healthiest, most supportive, innovation-first culture that I've ever experienced in over a decade of sales roles.

      Cons

      If you come with a lot of sales experience, it can be a bit of a drag that you are required to spend 4-5 months in training before you're allowed to go out and "walk the walk". It sometimes feels like I am unable to reciprocate the value that USI has brought to my own life.
