      Effort and hard work are highly rewarded, leadership drives innovation, and creativity. The culture is supportive and collaborative. If you are just starting out, there is a high expectation to demonstrate your capability and commitment to driving results. It’s a great balance between encouragement and accountability. Those that stay consistent and persistent will have the best results.

      Cons

      If you are not comfortable with being held accountable to metrics, it will feel like a lot of pressure, but if you see metrics as the best way to demonstrate your progress and stay aligned with goals, you will appreciate the attention to detail.

      Great team, exceptional support and training. A lot of opportunity if you are in the right market.

      Cons

      Over hiring. They hire too many producers and it makes it feel like a churn and burn operation. Find a way to better retain service staff.
