Pros

you get to meet a lot of people when delivering

Cons

you get to meet some great people out delivering they will cut your pay and avoid you after they do it. Takes almost a month to get paid the first time and when you do they take out a crap load of fees. I drop 300 in gas over the two weeks and made 1000.00 end up with 750 after they take out their "fees" and that is NOT INCLUDING the 300 gas I have to take out to repay the fuel cost. For two weeks and 300 in gas I made 450.00, Then I have to take my own taxes out of the 750.00 because I am an "independent contractor".

Pros

Company was good in the beginning. Co-workers were and are great people. Enjoyed working with most of them. Found another job and so happy I am not working at US Pack, Logistics anymore!!!

Cons

Serious problems with any of the "Team" members expressing an opinion. Zero support for the Managers and the HR department has a heavy hand. Stand in front of you asking "What can I do to show I support you" and when you try to do your job calls you out in front of everyone telling you "That's not a good idea and it's yours if you go that way" Steer clear of this company. Sat in a meeting telling us of the plans NOT to be in the warehouse and on-demand business within 5 years. Eluded one should assume there are no future plans to grow and sustain the business other than cutting the fat in order to sell the remainder for what it's worth. That's when I started looking for another job and found two.

Pros

not many to list.. it has been an unpleasant experience.

Cons

they buy out other companies, slash the budgets, and then squeeze every last drop out of the current employees until they leave.
