Pros
Dispatch team was a treat to work with. Except for one of them. They didn't like working, and often deferred work to others.
Cons
Some people really need to evaluate what is important to them. Is it worth it to stay at a company that doesn't care about its employees? Is it worth it to put in time at an organization and hope to be recognized for your efforts, only to be passed over for a promotion in favor of someone younger and less experienced? If so, then you'll like working here. By all means, allow your self worth to be eroded over time. The area manager, as many know, is extremely unprofessional, rude, and just an absolute tool to work with. They regularly talk down to you, yell at you for the smallest mistake, belittle you, and accuse you of not doing your job. Not to mention the workload can get absolutely mind numbing when it gets busy. That's not much of a con tbh, but it gets insane.
