Co-workers were the best! Customers were awesome. Adequate benefits

Cons

USP buys companies and have very little experience in the industry they purchase. If you re not part of the Executive Leadership Team or part of the Florida clique, you will not be employed for long. Mass departure of experienced employees thru termination. Mass exodus of long time customers. They have no clue about the customers they gain and don't care. They bought successful companies and ran them in the ground. They try to pick and keep certain aspects such as scheduled route work and neglect on-demand. A lot of unnecessary manual work because they chose a cheaper system that failed to meet customer and internal needs.

Going downhill fast. Terrible management, low pay, and no concept of development. It's either get in and do the job their way or get fired. They should change their name to "USS Titanic"

Cons

Do yourself a favor and do't ruin your resume with this company. Even the CEO "retired" to avoid what is coming next.

This company uses its drivers and does not pay them at all. Worked their for over two months and only say three pay checka at $100 each. Pleasw stay away from this company. They do not pay as much as they say.
