Pros

We have all the benefits that is normal in my country with an average salary, a good environment and an easy path to grow up.

Cons

We don't have a flexible time, and some times they don't follow the agile methodologies on a correct way.

Pros

Pros are applicable to UST Global

Cons

No Personal life. If you are working in project then get ready your manager can call you anytime in the night to come to office Don't expect any growth. If you are looking for growth, better not to expect. One of foolish rule.....to wear tie everyday..... Rule are only applicable to boyz not for girls. Gals can wear anything they want but boys should wear tie or face HR meeting. Worst Bench Policy. No company has worst bench policy. First they will hire you and you only need to find the project. RMG people will not help you. if you are not able to find project get ready to fired. You won't be getting hike but they will spend 30 crores for CSK 3 year contract. If you got low rating better to find another job else one day HR will call you to put down paper and if you resist they will blackmail you that they will give bad feedback to next company you join. this is true because this thing happen with friend.

Pros

- Your entire salary is under payroll, so you got all legal benefits for your full salary (IMSS, INFONAVIT, AFORE, Christmas Bonus). - Free tickets to see Leon Soccer club matches in the city (If you are into that).

Cons

- Too far away from the city. - Unhealthy place to work. - Horrible A/C always turned off or too cold, also the A/C never get proper maintenance. - Managers have zero flexibility, but they expect you have all the flexibility in the world. - Culture of fear - Sales team is fulled with friends of the country manager that do not know how to do the job, so there's there are few opportunities regarding new projects. - Managers tend to tell you entire different thing regarding the outlook of the project, and always tell lies, the hard truth only comes out at the last minute. - Projects without any stability. - No cellphones allowed in some areas, without a valid reason for, exceptions are only made for the managers and his/her friends. - The company do a lot a projects for free with an impossible schedule with the intention to get a new customer, but the projects get burned all the time because of unrealistic due dates. - There are no retention plans, and they don't even care about it. - For what I was told, the only chance you have to get a promotion is to work for the company for 10+ years, and even then is not a guarantee. - Irresponsible sourcing, they offer you a position with a given salary, but once you are there even when they keep his word regarding salary, the put you in a lower postion, and then complain about your rate. - Once you are inside the company, you don't have a choice regarding which project to work in, even if you are in Talent Pool, and there are several openings, HR will command you which one to take, saying that you don't have any option, is either take the one they say or sign your resignation. - Account team make a horrible job, there were at least one year when they didn't made the tax annual statements of employee, even when they have to, and they didn't even let them know, they just give them the required documentation that was even filled wrong. - Employees are not valued as company assets, they are just a gross margin number. - Managers don't know how to keep the moral of the teams up. - There are a lot of bosses in the company, but very few leaders, especially in mid and higher management.
