Pros

Very friendly atmosphere, flexible job arrangements. Very good when you have a family too. Loved working there

Cons

A little too casual at times. The stress on CSR is sometimes too much and loses focus. Bench time is also sometimes long

Pros

Flexibility is there. Friendly behaviour from employees of every level. Excellent pay scale for those who are coming from some other good/well know company. Fresher can learn here. After certain time you can feel like a govt. job. No growth, no scope of learn new and work new. Huge amount of same monotonous works that will secure your position but dump all scopes of learn new.

Cons

Not much value and scope of work who actually knows how to work. Keeping experienced people only from point of number of year not from point of how good application/technical knowledge that person has, is a major draw back in many project across the company. Extreme politics is there. But that's common in every company.
