1) Too far from hometown until you are keralite or Tamilian. 2) No transfers. 3) Malayali regional feeling is too much. 4) Higher management is very much partial to malayalis. 5) No new clients from 2014-15 fiscal year. 6) No hikes. For 2014 year hikes were given on Sept 2014 which is a cheap practice so that employers wont leave the company in the months of April to September. 7) Too much politics at higher management level. 8) Contracts are treated very very cheaply. My advice is choose this company if you have no offer in hand and you are in need of job. But don't ask for Trivandrum location although they will sometimes tempt you with more salary.
