      Pros

      If you are joining as a fresher, and have little good luck, then u'll be in some project where you can learn a lot. Normally in big MNCs freshers are kept in shadow and lead or team do most of the guidance or real life work. In UST as soon as you joined the project you will be asked to work in real life code, which is about to deliver to client. a lot of self learning opportunity in this company.

      Cons

      Local language is very very demanding. Its a kerala based company, so if you dont know malayam then it'll be little difficult for you to get in flow or get noticed. All the higher management is malayali. Very less chance of transfer any place expect trivandrum.

      Pros

      I joined UST as freasher, undergone a good java training for two monthd. I worked in enhancement/maintenance project. Very good project to start my career, lot of learnings. Worked with a fantastic team.

      Cons

      Quite recently I heard, UST is not training freshers to any technologies. They are just trained on SDLCs & SQLs and then their fate decide what they will learn next. Salary hike is ok, but when? is not fixed at all.
