Pros

Hire giving 80-90 % hike, if need is deadly

Cons

No seats,No Systems, Skill set mapping and interview after the client's on-boarding. Then they'll say candidate not upto mark, etc. and release him & terminate after sometime by giving stupid reason. No deadlines to work, no priorities. Lot of expectations in a day. Immediate manager is worst as if no people mang. experience. No one to listen. You are lucky if you get good manager here and more lucky if superboss listen your pain instead of making decision after listening one side story. One Boss show.... It may not be sme in the entire UST. This is my team's experience.

Pros

Great place for work life balance, has good list of clients and if you are lucky can get into decent projects with great exposure.

Cons

Lots of false promises, yearly appraisal process is a joke and KPIs related to actual work and customer satisfaction has less than 30% value. Lots of nepotism I have people from resource management turning to business analyst for onsite opportunity and crazy stuffs like that.
