      Racial, Regionally biased, 3months bench and fire, false commitments to client

      lot of show off is happening in this company without much projects and there is no vision

      Cons

      Racial oriented company. Regionally biased - everyone in the corporate world knows this. Closing operations in Chennai and Bangalore due to lack of projects, No vision with management, there will be lots of false commitments to client for getting projects. Lost most of projects to CTS and Accenture. There will be no hike after you join the organization. If you are not from Kerala / Keralite then forget opportunities in this company.

      Pros

      It has been a pleasant experience that I had so far working for this company. The best part I like is the flexi-timings, and I have been able to attain work-life balance due to it.

      Cons

      The appraisal process is a bit weak, and needs to be revamped. They need to understand that not all employees are alike. That being said, the remaining points cover for this slight issue.
