Pros

More money is coming into the company as they are taking lot of projects.

Cons

Long hours, too much work pressure. Client loves it as UST promises the world for less money. And management expects that the mid level leads and programmers at offshore slog thru it to complete everything in time. Performance appraisal is a big joke in this company. they dangle all the carrots in front of you to get the projects completed in time.

A Pleasant Atmosphere to work

Pros

A good work environment where you have a really flat hierarchy, where everybody is treated equally. Nobody forces you to do a task, if you are not interested. It is your responsibility.

Cons

A little more pro-activeness will do good. The salary hikes might be delayed. And they often forget the importance of developers who did the job, which causes a steep rise in attrition.

Pros

As the review headline suggests, UST Global has given shape to my career without me having to realign my career goals. The organization has supported me in moving into functions that I was keen to work with. For a confident, high performance employee, UST Global offers an appropriately fast career growth. The companies culture has foundations on its strong value system and one will have the opportunity to meet people who literally live these values. This value system, also brings its employees under one umbrella. The high energy environment with a constant focus on having "fun at work", gives you more than sufficient motivation to go to office everyday !

Cons

- Inspite of having a strong value system, employees are often unable to relate between these values and organizational goals - Lack of clarity on key organizational changes
