No Hikes No promotions suppose u joined 5 lakhs package with this company after 10 years also your package is less than 7 -10 lakhs .most of the people leaving only for this reason . No recognition. prioritization will be kerala .operation held on kerala only. all Bangalore HR's and Hyderabad HR's and managers just dummy like banana fruits.
