      Pros

      Worked in UST global Penang Malaysia location around 3 years. Good company for only Tamil people.

      Cons

      Managers are worse Penang HR is very worst. They are not professionals. Company rules are different for managers and employees. They need only billing billing. They were in the project even your skills not matching also. Lot of fishy things are here.

      Till now I didn't found a single pros.

      Cons

      Worst company to work for. My bad luck I have deployed at the client and client use to treat me as 2nd class citizen. No interaction with ust employee or team. If you say your problem no one to listen. No culture at ust. Simply they invest cluture on paper and digital platform. Not sure how they show case they got a award like best place to work for? I believe those are fake just to get a resource to work on client location.
