Pros
-Management gives ample opportunities for growth and other activities within organisation. -Considerate about employees in terms of work life balance and other issues within team/project get resolved duly. -Ample opportunities within the organisation
Cons
-People are very narrow minded, especially if you are not from South, will feel difficulty adjusting to their approach and culture. -Micro management exists by seniors and some of the the HR people are extremely rude. -School type working environment- Dress code,women dress very shabbily wearing slippers in office and this expectation if from all the women employees to wear salwar kameez which doesn't suit a MNC.
