      Pros

      UST is a great place to work with. The company has good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. They provide many learning opportunities to its employees and this helps in our talent growth and career growth

      Cons

      Not only in UST when employees are joining virtually if they having trouble to reach respective team for their problems and sort it out is getting frustrated. Addressing solutions for employee is too delayed. This review will be changeable depends on upcoming days
