      Things were better earlier

      Pros

      During my tenure of 3 year I did worked on lot of projects and learned a lot as well. Team environment and overall experience was good. Senior are very understanding and approachable

      Cons

      Recently projects have been less. Few of the project ended abruptly. Increments were good earlier but now it just for a namesake. If you are into projects then be prepared to work on weekends and with strict deadlines. Work Life Balance is non existence.
