Pros

If you can work in WI or Iowa it is OK as they are the only states that have 100% complete coverage.

Cons

Impossible to compete for business when you cant support customers in large metropolitan areas. Roaming in DC, NY, LA, Houston, Charlotte, Atlanta, Miami etc.

Pros

Pay is good Benefits are good Good team environment depending on what store you work at Can be fun to work with customers

Cons

The system and technology for such a large company is unbelievably outdated and makes doing your job next to impossible. Red tape abounds on nearly every transaction and interaction. Company is moving in a different direction than it used to. Is focused on profit and losing interest in actually retaining current and loyal customers. Management is overworked and underpaid and as a result take it out on employees under them as they are pressured to hit their bonuses and quarterly goals. Expectations of role and behavior are constantly changing and have no consistency whatsoever. Senior leadership gives impression of being engaged with lower level associates but are extremely out of touch.

Pros

As a whole it is a great company with a great culture.

Cons

There is very little diversity in the Agent Channel which makes it difficult to be accepted beyond your appearance. Unfortunately there is not enough accountability for directors and one person can kill the culture for an entire market channel.
