      Great co-workers, but out of touch upper management

      Pros

      All of my co-workers were extremely nice and hardworking.

      Cons

      The company changed their billing/computer systems and implemented them long before they were ready, which led to a massive amount of anger and distrust by the customers. Obviously the full brunt of this was felt by the in-store employees.

      Pros

      Excellent focus on customer and associates. It is safe to make mistakes as long as you learn from them. Leaders are inspiring and encouraging. Everyone works together in the interest of the customer. Invaluable experience gained from working here. I have never had better leaders..

      Cons

      There's a huge emphasis on doing the right thing. For the right people this is no problem. Leaders are held to a higher standard as it should be. There are no negatives about this company.
