Priorities and deadlines are clearly communicated by leadership. Support has to balance with company goals and the needs of the business on a day-to-day basis
Cons
With new leaders being hired from other carriers, loyalty and tenure no longer matter. Continue to struggle with work-life balance. Worked for the company for many years in various departments, locations, and roles. My new role was consolidated and the role was elminated I felt like they made little effort to assist me in finding other roles in order to keep as they told me "a valued" employee. Frustrating to give a job so much- only to be eliminated by a leader I had for 5 months and then she left the company 3 months later. Lesson learned.
