      Pros

      Benefits and pay are fairly good. This used to be an excellent employer.

      Cons

      While they throw in some token individuals who don't fit the mold, they have slowly but surely removed many individuals who were at a certain age, salary, gender despite their mission, vision etc. I have watched lives be destroyed by e.g. them laying off terminally ill because they ran out of FMLA. Would never recommend.

      Decent health, dental, vision benefits.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, changed commission structure and raised quotas by 50%, no work life balance! It used to be amazing but changes to commission reduced payout by 40% for just hitting quota, you have to really overperform to make what you used to. They did this along with a $3 raise to make it seem like a benefit. Also, the service is getting worse you spend most of your day with network issues and feeding lies from the company... people in this role are leaving at a rapid pace. Do not recommend
