Good Company, company culture. Management was generally pleasant to work with. Good benefits for the role, solid quarterly bonus structure.
Cons
Mostly the job itself. When calls were flooding in it could be frustrating. Especially when you consider most people aren't calling customer service to leave a compliment.
Micromanaged to oblivion and training was lackluster.
Company culture was bizarre, it was definitely frowned upon if you worked to live and didn't buy into the cult like worship of the company.
Poor communication throughout.
