The fakest bunch of people and majority of "leaders" I've ever met! They tell you they value you and care about you and are willing to work with you but the truth is they DON'T care about you. You're just a number. They say their shift bid is based on how you're doing but that's a lie. Same with when you try to move to another department. They are very big on playing favorites here. If you have a family, forget it. They don't care. Most leaders won't help you if you're not on their team, and even if you are they make you feel dumb.

As soon as you move up, you are under the magnifying glass. A lot of people that will do everything they can to knock you down. Unless you are planning on going to corporate, don't try moving up. Looking back, it was closer to a cult like experience. Unfortunately you don't realize it until you escape.
