Pros

The pay was descent and benefits were good. Liked the people I worked with on my team.

Cons

They always wanted to hold that you get paid so well over your head and you should be so lucky to work there. You had to basically suck up to all the management. If you questioned anything you would get a target on your back and you could expect to get fired soon. Never felt comfortable. Always felt that I was going to get fired everyday. Environment was very stressful. Unless you drank the Kool-Aid. If you have a mind of your own and opinions I would suggest keep them to your self if you work there. Taking calls got old quickly. They said they focused on customer service but really they are just being nosy with all the questions you have to ask the customers. You couldn't never go to the bathroom without them questioning you why you were gone so long. You are monitored all the time. If you want to to keep you sanity and be stress free find a different place to work.

Pros

Paid vacation. Work with other great rwcs. Not to much of pro things anymore.

Cons

No work life balance. If you have a family this is not the place for you even part time. Part time is a joke... 35 hours a week 40+ end of the month if quota is not reached. Weekly meets you must attend even on day off. Customers have personal cell phone number they call all the time! Must have 10+websites and computer systems up to even start the work day. Angry customers, demanding bosses. Computer system does not work 1/2 the time. Pay has been cut insurance has went up. Things keep changing and none for the better! Cut our lunch times down to 30 min. Working 9:30 to 8:30 with one 30 min break is not good enough we need more down time.

Pros

Hmm... They give you a smartphone to use.

Cons

Terrible hours, schedule changes after it's already been posted, promises of advancement are never followed through on, manager has constant complaints himself because he refuses to even take phone calls. Also, this is a retail position... NOT a telemarketing position, though since the company is struggling to keep their head above water, they now insist that cold calling is a job requirement. Notoriously terrible coverage leads to daily customer complaints. Commission has been restructured several times in the last year, again, because it is clear the company is very clearly struggling. Management's frustrations routinely overflow into employees and people become targets by simply having shown up to work. Complaints to HR are simply pointless and their follow-up process is, itself, a biased parade. Employee turnover is like nothing you've ever seen; I'd say average length of employment is 6 months. Do yourself a favor and work for any other wireless provider. There's money to be made and respect to be had in this industry, just not here.
