Since 2010 the leadership has been circling the drain, with almost all the upper management resigning. This left everything a mess with things being half enforced and confusion on what was going on. Started nickel and diming the long term customers causing them to leave. Micro managing High commissions almost impossible to achieve anymore High churn Work/life balance
