      Free Cell Phone plan, great training, inbound calls only, professional clean environment

      Cons

      None that I can think of besides if you want to get hired back on after voluntarily quitting it's extremely hard

      Pros

      U.S. Cellular cares about it's employees and it's communities. Loved taking part of many fundraisers and community out reach opportunities. They offer a great commission structure and training is top notch. Great advancement potential

      Cons

      The last couple of years I was there, it became more "corporate" structured. Being a part of a big family atmosphere was much more motivating. We lost a considerable amount of excellent producers based on decision from the home office thousands of mils away.
