      Good people. Good work space and location. Somewhat flexible. Able to travel for the company and interface with other cellular companies at industry events.

      Cons

      pressure cooker with high stress and unreasonable expectations. Average to low pay and ben with high expectations. Too little time off for the pressure and stress.

      Pros

      Commission was decent as long as you were willing to work for it. Training is helpful and management is easily accessible.

      Cons

      Quality Phones would allow for easier selling. Making sure stock of inventory would be helpful for upselling

      Pros

      Company encourages employee development and provides time for training. New Amdocs system is Java technology, so your skills will be marketable. The infrastructure is mostly IBM Linux and desktops are Windows 7, so the technology is current. The location is in the western burbs and easy to get to.

      Cons

      Lots of people who have been there 10+ years and a lot of people that have been there less then 4 years, with very little in between. Seems like you either have to click with the leadership or your on the slow track or worse out the door. Seems kind of random too, with some really skilled people there one day and gone the next, while some less skilled are there for years?
