Business Outlook
Pros
Pay is great compared to most other part-time jobs. Benefits are very good and not too expensive. Company encourages a positive work environment through their core values and behaviors. Reasonable opportunity for promotion. Love everyone that I have worked with over the past 5 years here.
Cons
Work-life balance is difficult in retail stores, especially with somewhat high turnover. Increasing pressure on employees, particularly salespeople. Customer base overall has a much higher tendency to mistreat employees and get unreasonable compared to customers at other companies I've worked for.
