Pros
The people are great. Everyone is hard working and most are supportive of the culture (called the dynamic organization). Culture encourages and supports open and honest conflict resolution. The people are genuine, smart, and care about doing what is right.
Cons
Leadership. Senior Leadership is disconnected from the people who actually make things happen. They are out of touch with what the people really need to do their jobs effectively. As such, they fail to fully support making the incremental changes needed to take USCC to the next level. Unfortunately, things are still done in silos and leadership is disconnected.
