Pros

Really nice people. Decent benefit package. Good onboarding program to help you get to know people and other groups

Cons

While the Dynamic Organization concept has some great elements to it, it's application seems almost cultish. You either are'DO' or you're not - in which case you're quickly terminated. People are expected to be cheerleaders and always be 'excited', and to never question work being given to them or what's happening around them (blind faith in leadership and the company). The turnover is extraordinarily high as people are always leaving (not wanting to drink the koolaid) or being shown the door. This leaves huge gaps in resources which is a constant struggle for those left behind. Positions are filled at times with a bait & switch type of mentality - just bring in a qualified candidate and plug them in somewhere - regardless of whether that's what they thought they were going to do. All this churn and chaos is bad for business and employee morale.

Pros

Excellent benefit packages including 401k, tuition reimbursement, top notch medical and dental, quarterly bonuses, pc purchase program and dynamic rewards to purchase high ticket items. Pay above average starting.

Cons

Favoritism seems to be the name of the game. You have to act a certain way to have any chance at advancement. If you are yourself or not a "cheerleader" then you will be blackball and your experience with the company will be stressful and unmanageable. Not only that but expectations are changed daily and it's hard to keep up what is an acceptable job performance.

Pros

great benefits - 401k, health, vision, dental insurance immediately. Hands on training, will train you to keep up to date with new technology

Cons

hard to grow in company, external hires for management, constantly changing commission structure makes it harder to make money. Old payout system had higher payouts
