      Good place to work, just don't expect many growth opportunities

      Pros

      Worked there for over three years, have been in the wireless industry for over seven years and I have to say that overall this is a good place to work. Great benefits, excellent commission structure.

      Cons

      The opportunity for advancement and career growth is a bit stifled. If you start out in retail, then retail is really the only path that you will be able to take with this company. I obtained an MBA while working there (they paid for it!) and was unable to successfully be moved from the retail side of the business.

      Pros

      B2B Reps make a nice base salary, and the benefits package is nice as well. they used to do a lot of cool company sponsored events.

      Cons

      condescending upper management (VP level & higher), creates a culture of division within the company. Even though the company claims to constantly have their finger on the pulse of the culture, they fail miserably when trying to improve it, because they don't look at themselves as part of the problem. I guess they just cant help themselves.

      Pros

      The people are okay, benefits are reasonable. The schedules are pretty good and the pay is comparable to other call centers.

      Cons

      Managers can be unfair and they show a lot of favoritism towards certain employees. Coaches also show favoritism towards certain employees.
