Pros
Sales managers and store managers are genuinly caring. The DO enourages a healthy work enviroment. Management works one on one with you to prepare you for promotions. Pay as a greeter is good for what the job requires.
Cons
Some employee policies are a little strict, but for the most part understandable. A lot of team building activites and meetings. Just depends if you're into that kind of thing.
