Pros

benefits are great! Culture of the organization is good. New England seems to be the only area that struggles. Associates are happy to help customers.

Cons

sales manager pay not good. Coaching from immediate leader inconsistent. Conversations have double meaning in most cases. Interpretation of the D.O. is different from leader to leader and you have to be a mind reader to keep up. Values and behaviors are challenged.

Pros

The customer service is phenomenal. There are always connections with people that most other wireless service providers don't give quite like US Cellular. The management is always on top of things with even the littlest of stores. The service is the best local and nationwide coverage in the US. We have a rewards program for loyal customers. The price plans are cheaper than pretty much everyone else with good coverage. Overall I would recommend the job if you like people and helping them out.

Cons

While the plans are competitive, the phones do not seem to be progressive enough. There aren't that many phones that just jump out at people. The phone prices for new and renewing customers seems a little bit high. There is no international coverage plans and the prepaid system is not that reliable. Signal Insurance is a joke.

Pros

Benefits and wages, smaller company, but seens economically sound.

Cons

Can be a Stressful work environment. Depends on the leaders in your store. Open door policy with concerns is not truly welcomed. With some leaders, You do not want to take concerns that You have to a leader above your sales manager, You are sure to hear about it in Your yearly review.
