      Pros

      The staff is friendly, and everyone works together to support the final outcome. I've got my own office, which is nice when making calls to potential candidates. The recruiter team has a day where we jump on a Teams call and help one another with difficult requisitions. The culture is awesome, which is important to me.

      Cons

      Not very fond of the backend recruiting system. It's limited with what it can do and hardly any candidate applications come through. BUT this company is so awesome, they are approving the ATS I requested, so I don't really have a con.
