      Pros

      The pay is definitely worth the work. USfalcon takes care of their employees, and the supervisor I work for is among the best I've seen.

      Cons

      Not really a con to mention, I guess the work comes in waves, and sometimes the wave is a tsunami.

      Pros

      The management staff and various departments are very friendly. They go out of their way to help. Very responsive to calls or emails concerning problems you maybe having with various subjects or processes required by the company.

      Cons

      I suspect its due to Covid Restrictions, but some of the processes to get initial employees necessary support in various remote locations is slow. Again, I don't believe this is the normal behavior of the company but a repercussion of the current state of the world.
