      Pros

      USfalcon is an established government contractor with a reputation for supporting DoD programs. They have an experienced executive/management team and they treat their employees with respect. Decent benefits and employee recognition/rewards program. Important, national security programs to work on that make a difference to our country.

      Cons

      There are no particular cons but management could improve morale and retention by investing more in the growth of their employees. Training, certifications and career growth are what today's workforce needs to stick with a company for the long term.

      Pros

      I have worked at USfalcon for less than a month and, so far, everything is a Pro! The culture is one that fosters teamwork and collaboration, and management is willing to invest in their employees to ensure continued future success. It is a professional yet casual atmosphere that is a refreshing change from the grueling 9-5 rut I have had the misfortune to experience previously.
